Your New Role
We have a 12-month max-term contract opportunity for a proactive Team Coordinator to join the Group Risk team and support a team of senior leaders.
The Team Coordinator, Group Risk provides professional support to the Heads Of Department for the Group Risk domain. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will ensure that all administrative matters are managed effectively and facilitate the smooth running of the team.
Key responsibilities will include;
Assisting the EA with managing calendars of three Heads Of Department in Group Risk
Organising and assisting with team meetings (creating agendas, ordering catering, booking spaces/rooms)
Maintaining Microsoft Teams Channels, SharePoint Sites and the Intranet to ensure that important documents, forms and news items are updated in a timely manner
Assisting with agenda preparation for weekly/monthly and quarterly team meetings
Assist with Monthly Group Risk Check In Meetings (agenda prep, team presentation coordination, room bookings, catering where required)
Booking interstate and international travel
Assisting in the preparation, formatting, and collation of papers/reports for department and fund-wide meetings and committees
Assist with coordination of Group Risk social engagements
Process monthly expenses for Heads Of and assist with payment of invoices and PO’s
What You’ll Need
Previous experience in a similar role with PA/EA experience being highly advantageous
The ability to manage your own time effectively, coordinate tasks, set priorities, problem solve and operate independently
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with a range of people at all levels
A demonstrated ability to work under pressure, setting and managing multiple conflicting priorities within specified time frames
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong MS Office skills
SharePoint site and file management proficiency highly advantageous
