Belong at Home is a local community-based, not-for-profit organisation that provides home and community care support services to older people (over the age of 65 years) so they can continue to live independently and enjoy a quality of life at home for as long as possible.
With our earliest service established in Busselton in 1981, we have been serving the South West for more than 40 years. Managed by a volunteer Management Board, we have offices in Bunbury, Donnybrook, Collie, Busselton, Margaret River and Bridgetown.
Belong at Home (the new trading name for Community Home Care Incorporated from July 2023) is committed to providing our clients with reliable and personalised services.
